Added a bit more to the Weblog…
Hum… these update seems not so “visible”..
Added:
– Site icon in Firefox (I just love this icon!)
– RSS support in Firefox
– “Track back this article” function, allowing user to link to each arcticle easily. (20060310 Removed, for now, untill I think of a better idea..)
– Fixed the counter XML err (or mistake?).
– Fixed a few bugs.
– Changed the background color “just a little bit” darker..

Fixing the touch screen problem on a Palm Vx
Friend H called me the other day, he found a PalmVx, but he is not sure does this once upon a time great machine works or not as he only found the body itself, no charger, cradle, no nothing…
Ok, lets charge it up, good, good old Palm logo shows up, was thinking to hand it back to Friend H, hang on, the digitizer seems acting funny… it is completly off tracking even it was hard reset…No wonder the ex-owner gave this baby up even she is still in extremely good condition…
Actually this is a very common problem on PalmV series, oxidizing on the film cable of the digitizer making the touch screen completly off tracking…

Weblog was down for a few hours….
Hum, first time I ever notice it before it was fix…
The down time was cause by invaild chars in the counter XML…Luckly it was down for only a few hours and it is a quick fix…(come on, this is a weblog, not a online store…hehe)

Went to library with R today, while she was searching for books she need, spotted this book on the shelf, reminds me of the days of learning Perl back in AUS..
It would always be nice to read more, refresh my Perl, as some more function on this Weblog are being plan..
